CNC Press Brake Forming

These machines turn flat parts into your four-cornered boxes. We regularly inspect our seven CNC Press Brakes, equipped with DynaBend ultra-precision backgauges, according to industry standards and your specifications. This ensures that your formed metal parts are uniformly manufactured according to specifications within precise tolerances. Our hydraulic press brakes range in size from 35 to 150 tons and are complemented by over 200 different tooling options to accommodate bend radii ranging from 1/32” sharp bends to parts calling for a radius of over 3 inches. Specialized tooling, such as goosenecks and cut-away punches and die, allow Service Metal to tackle even the most challenging designs complete with deep bends or large return flanges.

Because our business is build-to-spec, we offer a wide variety of services to accommodate large project dimensions. Concerning large enclosures, Service Metal Fabricators work on projects measuring up to five or six feet square, but we are not strictly limited to these measurements. Our team provides flexible manufacturing solutions for even the most uniquely challenging metal forming tasks.  This spans the spectrum of parts and projects, including structural internal chassis, brackets and weldments to the most complex metal enclosures complete with strict cosmetic- appearance criteria.
